How to make a Subject Access Request (SAR) under the Data Protection Act (DPA) 

On 3 April 2008 UKvisas became the International Group of the UK Border Agency.   Until April 2009 you should continue to send requests for personal data in relation to visa applications to:

As proof of your identity, please provide one copy of a photo ID that includes your signature such as your passport or driving licence and one original utility bill dated within the last 3 months showing your address. Requests will not be processed until these documents have been received.
 
Please also note that International Group will not be charging a fee for this service until further notice.
